User privacy protection
On behalf of Tortilla casa, we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers. We only collect necessary, basic data about customers/users and data necessary for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service. We give customers choices, including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer information is strictly kept and is only available to employees who need this information to perform their work. All employees of Tortilla casa (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL TRANSACTION DATA
When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, as currently the most advanced cryptographic technology.
The security of data during purchase is guaranteed by the card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank's pages. At no point are payment card details accessible to our system.

DELIVERY TERMS – GOODS DELIVERY
DELIVERY TIME
After confirmation, the order enters processing status. After processing the order, you will be notified of your order status.
From that moment, the delivery time begins as specified when ordering.
RECEIVING SHIPMENT
Our delivery personnel or external courier service delivers shipments to the delivery address between 09:00 and 23:00. Please ensure that someone is available at the address during this period to receive the shipment. Upon receiving the shipment, you need to visually inspect the order/products to ensure there are no visible damages. If you notice significant damage to the transport box and suspect the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and immediately notify us by calling +381 66 212 130 or emailing office@tortillacasa.com. If the shipment appears undamaged, you can freely accept the shipment from the delivery person/courier. It is common practice for the delivery person/courier to call the phone number provided during the order if they cannot find you at the address. If they still cannot find you, the order will be returned to us.
COMPLAINTS
COMPLAINTS ABOUT DAMAGE IN TRANSPORT
It is very important to report any transport damage visible on the product packaging immediately to the courier who delivers the goods. Any transport damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
If you notice such damage, do not sign for receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait while you check if the damage to the packaging has caused damage to the product or loss of parts. If the product is not damaged and all parts are present, sign for receipt of the shipment.
COMPLAINTS ABOUT DATA OR WRONG TYPE OF GOODS
If you receive a shipment and after opening the box find that the delivered goods do not match what was ordered or the invoice data is incorrect, please fill out the complaint form on the Complaints page within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. We will respond to the consumer's complaint as soon as possible and inform you of further steps. The deadline for resolving complaints is 15 days from the time of filing.
